Where can we find your products during the tobacco selling season?
During the season we operate in all tobacco farming regions (Mashonaland West, Mashonaland East, Mashonaland Central and Manicaland) we are mainly concentrated in provincial cities
Does one get a refund from the Hessian wraps he would have rented for baling tobacco after selling tobacco
Unfortunately we do not refund anything as our current renting price does not include the deposit component.
How best can we store unused wraps during the farming season?
Wraps should be stored at cool place away from water, oils, and cement. They can’t be used as blankets or sitting mats because they are fumigated
Do you have different types of Hessian cloth and if so how do they differ
What is the durability for the Hessian cloth
It depends on how it is handled, stored or used per given season but we expect it to last for 3 years.
Which methods of payments do you take for your products
We accept all the approved mode of payments cash, Ecocash, swipe, and transfers
Do you offer delivery services to clients not within reach
Do you operate on weekends?
During seasons we do operate on Saturdays from 8am-12pm and all our agents are flexible to work up to 4pm during this period, Off season we will be closed on weekends and you can only get hold of us at 18-20 Nuffield Road, Harare, Zimbabwe
